F.      Deodorant and personal hygiene products needed.
Notes:
A.     Shoes are very important and I suggest all terrain running shoes over hiking boots and they must be broken in, no new shoes.
B.      Toe nails must be cut because long toe nails will shove to the front of your shoes and cause the cuticle to die and become painful. We call it “Black Toe”
C.      There are many “common sense” rules to follow and one important rule is “do not go off the main trail”
D.     No matter what happens the Adventure Guide always knows best, even if it means changing the route while on the adventure because of weather or etc.
E.      Arguments will happen, heads will butt, butt’s will be kicked by the mountain, there will be blood, sweat and tears, but there is nothing better than having an after the hike dinner with the friends that you accomplished an adventure with.
F.      There is a video of the adventure included in the fee.
G.     Never get excited when encountering wildlife (Bears and Bigfoot)
H.     Sometimes we can have a fire at night and sometimes we cannot.
I.        The weather cannot be controlled and we must be prepared for whatever type of weather comes our way.
Thank you
